to first traffic light, left at light into parking lot.

Long Island Expressway

Exit 34 onto service, left at light onto New Hyde Park Road, about one mile south to Marcus Ave.,
right onto Marcus Ave. to first traffic light, left at light into parking lot.

From Queens and NYC traveling East

Northern State Parkway/Grand Central Pkwy

Exit 25, Lakeville Road/Marcus Ave., left at light onto Marcus Ave. Continue on Marcus Ave. four traffic lights (about 3/4 mile) and make a right at the 4th traffic light into Parking lot, across from Pathmark. Numbers along Marcus Ave. are not consecutive.

Long Island Expressway

Exit 33, (Lakeville Road exit) onto service road. Right at light onto Lakeville Road, travel about 1 mile. Left onto Marcus Ave., five traffic lights (about 3/4 mile), right turn at the 5th traffic light into parking lot across from Pathmark.

Guidelines for Appointments

Bring 2 years of mammograms/sonography films and reports.

If you have had a recent needle biopsy or surgery, bring pathology reports and the slides if the pathology was positive for cancer.
